Free Spirit is the UK’s first ever provider of yoga holidays. We work in partnership with our teachers so that you can combine your yoga practice with a holiday, vegetarian food wherever possible, in unspoilt destinations away from the normal holiday locations. It’s a great opportunity to unwind and relax, and to work on your yoga practice. Please note that these are mainly dedicated yoga venues and vary enormously in what they offer. Our History: Back in 1994, we had great idea for a business: Why not combine our love and background in yoga teaching, our knowledge of the travel business and our great passion for wonderful holiday destinations into one fabulous package?

Since that time, although much copied, Free Spirit is still the original yoga holiday company and we’d like to think the best value on the market.  With a re-booking rate of over 90% and a focus on offering you a service of the highest quality, we offer a range of yoga holidays to suit all tastes and budgets.  From beginners to devoted yogis, there’s something to suit everyone.
